Ready to stop pitching compliance software and start commanding the room? GAN Integrity is hiring a high-energy Solutions Consultant who’s just as electric presenting to a packed room as you are on video — someone who turns tough technical objections into “aha” moments and demos into deal-closers. You’ll partner shoulder-to-shoulder with our Sales and Customer Success teams, running value-based demos and hands-on proofs of value and concept that move enterprise deals across the line.

The ideal background: you’ve worked in TPRM, Ethics & Compliance, or GRC software in a solutions consulting or sales engineering seat, and you speak that language fluently — acronyms like FCPA, CSDDD, and UFLPA don’t faze you one bit.

You’re a collaborative, fast learner who dives into our customers’ problems, systems, and workflows, then architects how GAN fits seamlessly into their world.

What you’ll own:

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to decode prospects’ pain points, workflows, and systems — then architect exactly how to configure our platform to solve them.
• Bring deep technical and domain expertise to every stage of the customer journey.
• Own product demos and technical presentations, deliver them yourself, and coach the Sales team to deliver them with the same confidence.
• Run point on every customer RFI, RFP, and IT Security assessment, start to finish.
• Lead “Proof of Value” and “Proof of Concept” evaluations that seal enterprise deals.
• Meet with customers, virtually or on-site, to gather requirements and feedback firsthand.
• Be the trusted advisor colleagues and customers turn to first.
• Champion new feature ideas and carry the voice of the prospect back into the business.
• Level up the whole Sales and Customer Success team with what you know.
• Spot process improvements that turn one-off wins into repeatable playbooks.
• Keep documentation sharp and on time in our customer systems.

What you bring

• 5+ years as a sales engineer or solutions consultant within TPRM, Ethics & Compliance, or GRC software; you know this world inside and out.
• A gift for translating gnarly business challenges into crisp technical requirements — and answering the tough questions on the spot.
• Listen before you speak; you may be the expert in the room, but you are a quiet confidant, and through exceptional listening and communication skills, you help prospects and customers see the light.
• Solid understanding of APIs, web technology, and how modern software works under the hood.
• Fluent in CRM systems and the modern sales tech stack.
• Sharp project and process management chops; RFP/RFI experience is a serious plus.
• Real experience with GRC software and use cases, and how businesses put technology to work easing the burden of compliance.
• A builder’s instinct for crafting custom demos from scratch that mirror exactly what a customer needs.
• Confidence and credibility in front of C-level audiences.
• High-energy, polished presentation skills — just as compelling in front of a packed room as on video.
• A proactive, self-starter mindset — you jump in wherever you’re needed and put your product and sales knowledge to work.
• A Bachelor's degree.

• Salary range: $100,000–$110,000 consisting of base plus a 70/30 pay mix, with upside tied to company and quarterly performance.
